When my parents decided they needed a stairlift they looked at getting
either a Stannah or Acorn lift. They decided on Acorn, but soon realised
they should have chose the Stannah model instead. They have had lots of
problems with it stopping midway the seat was not fitted correctly, and it
also gave quite a bumpy ride. To date they have had 3 visits from acorn to
sort the problems out and it is still not working properly! Very
disappointed with this product and service.
