When anybody starts talking about the most well known, famous elevators in the world, the Marriott Marquis Times Square is usually one of the first buildings that comes to mind. I’m really glad that I was able to bring you all a fresh look at these elevators. Let me say this: If you find yourself in the area, these are absolutely worth riding. They’re a lot like an amusement park ride!

The Marriott Marquis in Atlanta i think has better elevators even though
they’re not as quiet as these. Also i would’ve waited for car D or E to
come on floor 45 after getting off the interior elevator. Cause those five
you the best views. Well it’s more likely cars F and G (LOL) that give you
the best view of the atrium but those don’t go to one.
Atlanta is much nicer, however these elevators are nice..
I’m thinking of making a trip to NYC just to see these elevators.
I would spend a night in this hotel just to ride the elevators up and down.
Looks like so much fun!
Those elevators are awesome. I love em.
STILL the only one who did a straight-down view the entire trip (from the
restaurant elevators, that go from 3 to 48), both night and early morning
vids..
I see they FINALLY fixed the bad bearings on car A’s guidewheels.
I’ll have to check these out if I get back to NYC…
I have been stuck in these car F wouldn’t move from 9!!
These are benobve style lift
Why didn’t you go to the Empire State Building in New York? I have been
there, and it is awsome. You could’ve gotten up to floor 102, and that
would’ve been a record for you. The tallest building I think you’ve been in
was the Sheritan. You should also make a trip to Chicago sometime and rise
up Willis Tower at 18 MPH and John Hancock at 20 MPH.
It all came down to time. We opted to go to Stamford one day rather than
spend two days in the city. It was well worth it.
Please tell me you went to one of the TV show tapings in Stamford… 😉
I’ve got a few questions, how do you work those those types of calling
buttons, why did you press the handicap button and why did you keep
retyping them in? Just curious, cheers man;)
At 1:35, what did it say?
What is this, a mall?
I totally agree with you about the second to last floor, scared the hell
out of me, I thought we went in the ground for a second hahaha
great video..
Travel to Dubai, loads of elevators there and you will love the Burj
Dubai’s elevators. The Burj Dubai is the worlds tallest building.
I have to do an essay on elevators. this really helped
I just came back from that hotel today it was awesome nd I have acrid of
heights yet I went up three well 47 not past that floor
Cars f and g serve one if you open the panel after you get in on 3 you will
see it after all I was on it on the last day staying their
Cars F and G go up to 47 and 48 while car F goes up to 49 and G goes up to
a secret 55th floor
The fastest elevator I’ve been on is at the John Hancock center
