AmeriGlide Opens First Storefront Location in Raleigh, NC

AmeriGlide, an online retailer of assistive technology for the disabled and elderly, opened their first brick-and-mortar storefront in Raleigh, NC today. AmeriGlide’s new retail location will provide home stair lifts, vertical platform lifts, and bath safety aids to customers at steeply discounted price points. The staff will also provide consultation, measurement, delivery and installation services to every locale within a 60-mile radius of the store, which is located at 3901 Commerce Park Drive in East Raleigh, just outside the beltline off Highway 64.

“Our primary goal is to provide the swiftest service we can to customers within our service area, and I don’t just mean next-day, but same-day,” said AmeriGlide branch manager Allen Oesch, who was already busy scheduling an afternoon consultation with a customer in Wilson County at 9:00 am on the new AmeriGlide store’s opening day. “The whole team at AmeriGlide has worked hard to prepare for this launch, and now it’s up to us to serve customers as best we can and let them know that we’re the best people for the job if they need a mobility aid installed in their home.”

Coinciding with the grand opening, AmeriGlide also unveiled their new website designed exclusively for the new store. The website showcases the full selection of products available for order through the storefront, including stairlifts, platform wheelchair lifts, walk-in tubs, bath lifts, dumbwaiters, and vehicle lifts for transporting mobility scooters and power wheelchairs.

Customers seeking to schedule an in-home consultation or inquire about AmeriGlide’s offering of mobility products are advised to call (919) 861-4594. AmeriGlide’s entire selection of products can also be viewed by visiting www.ameriglide.com.
